REDD+ and Tenure: A Review of the Latest Developments in Research, Implementation and Debate
This report presents the latest developments in the discussion on forest tenure and REDD+ by analysing and reviewing recent REDD+ literature. The review shows that most researchers and others interested in REDD+ seem to agree that tenure reform is an important element of REDD+ preparations. This report proposes several recommendations and issues for consideration for further work on tenure and REDD+.
